As the world of work changes - in terms of innovative business models, automation and resource optimization - companies will prefer talent with a strong foundation in 21st century workplace skills in addition to technical skills or formal qualifications. However such training and exposure does not percolate to tier 2 and 3 cities - which in fact produce the largest pool of India's job seekers,
X Billion Skills Lab's platform is bridging this gap by providing affordable access to new age skills in relatable formats and local contexts.

A platform for youth to connect with leaders, thinkers and innovators

The United Nations Young Changemakers Conclave is an initiative by the United Nations and X Billion Labs. Since its inception in 2011, the conference has enabled a dialogue between students, educational institutions and leaders from diverse fields. Our previous speakers include Canadian PM Justin Trudeau, Unilever Global Chief Nitin Paranjpe, Bollywood icon Dia Mirza, Entrepreneur Ronnie Screwvala, NITI Aayog's Amitabh Kant, Union Cabinet Ministers Shri Anurag Thakur and Mrs Smriti Irani. Till date 100+ speakers have engaged with 10 lak + students from across the country.

Adoption becomes a smart family planning alternative from a humanitarian, environmental and national perspective. However as a result of current laws, processes and conventional mindsets - only a few 100s get adopted every year!
